Good morning Asheville !

It has been a lot of fun moving through the build up of our healing arts studio down town. It's been years since I've done any graphic design work, but because that DIY entrepreneurial spirit is a core part of our values and what we do at the Guild, I'm happy to say that all of our branding, logos, website and marketing has been done by yours truly.

However, now *I* need a massage! I never want to sit in front of a computer ever again. 😂

As you go about your work day, if you do sit at a desk or a computer, remember to check in with your body. How does it feel? Can you switch up your movement pattern, stand, or stretch intermittently? Are you taking full deep breaths moment to moment?

The simple act of being conscious of your body creates the most profound shifts in your attention and ability to notice and employ corrective measures BEFORE the problems start to take hold.
